Despite the site’s relatively small amount of ground, composing a rectangle measuring 40m by 32m, it contains the potential for a stacking of the project’s requested sporting facilities, which would result in a total surface area of 4100m². After an analysis of the site and the project as a whole, we realized the room for maneuver in regards the distribution of the various facilities throughout the floors was low. The most important facility in the building, the swimming pool, would be found on the ground floor’s garden side, accessible via turnstiles, after passing through the locker rooms situated on the ground floor’s entrance side.
